If you are accessing the App on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such organization or entity to this Agreement.

Subscription Terms and Conditions:

These Paid Subscription Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your subscription and use of the paid features or services "Subscription" offered by “My Nursing App” ("Company") through the mobile application ("App"). By subscribing to and using the Paid Subscription, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you should refrain from subscribing to the Paid Subscription.

Subscription:

1. Subscription: The Subscription provides you with access to premium features, content, or services within the App, as described on the subscription page. The Paid Subscription is available for a recurring fee, which may be charged on a monthly, annual, or other recurring basis, as specified.
2. Payment: By subscribing to the Subscription, you authorize the Company or its designated payment processor to charge the applicable recurring fees to your chosen payment method. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and to promptly update any changes to your payment method.
3. Automatic Renewal: The Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, unless you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date. Cancellation and Refunds:

1. Cancellation: You may cancel your Paid Subscription at any time by following the cancellation procedure provided in the App or by contacting the Company's customer support. Cancellation requests must be made prior to the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the subsequent billing cycle.
2. No Refunds: Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the fees paid for the Paid Subscription are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Paid Subscription until the end of the current billing cycle.
3. In all cases where the payments made by the Subscribers are deducted from their accounts and not credited to the Company's account, it shall be the responsibility of the Users and neither the Company nor the App shall be liable by any means.

User Accounts:

1. Account Requirement: In order to access and use the Paid Subscription, you may need to create a user account within the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Termination for Breach: The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Paid Subscription, without refund, in the event of any violation of this Agreement or any applicable laws or regulations.

Modifications and Changes:

Changes to the Paid Subscription: The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any features, content, or services included in this application.

DISCLAIMERS:

• The App and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. The Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the accuracy, reliability, and fitness for a particular purpose of the App and its content.
• To provide you best contents and easy to access the application, we done lots of hard work on it and ultimate efforts given to create an application. but the Company does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You agree that your use of the App is at your own risk.
